Accountability and Follow-through. That is the purpose of the VIRTUAL MASTERMINDS happening the two consecutive Thursday mornings after the event.
From adding value, to checking in with your community, these Masterminds are included with the event and designed to keep you on track, provide additional resources, and ensure your 2027 Strategy is set long before the end of year approaches.
Are you truly fulfilled with your work?
…Or are you constantly stressed out, overwhelmed, and quietly thinking to yourself:
“…There has to be a better way…”
Are you ready to take you business (and the culture within it) to the next level?
(…And have fun while doing it?…)
For many business owners in the Design + Construction Industry, a lack of passion or desire is NOT the PROBLEM.
You know your craft.
You are great at what you do.
And your vision and strategy are clear and obvious (to you…).
But feelings of overwhelm, stress, and disconnection have you doubting your decisions, underperforming, and searching for more…
You are facing PROBLEMS like:
- Lack of resources for effective communication…
- A desire for support, but not enough energy to ask for help…
- You and/or your team waste valuable time and energy fixing things that could be avoided (and it happens over, and over, and over again)
- There is a quiet disconnect between your ultimate vision, and the path you are taking to get there…
If this sounds like you ->
YOU NEED TO BE IN THE ROOM.
