After more than 20 years in the design and construction industries (14 years running my own award-winning interior design and project management firm), I understand the realities of this work: the constant demands, difficult clients, endless decisions, team dynamics, financial pressure, and the feeling that everything rests on your shoulders.
I also know how easy it is to lose yourself in the process.
