Refund Policy
Our Refund policy lis limited based on the type and format of services and items offered.
Limited Refundable services or items
- Deposits or payments made towards seminars, workshops or masterminds within the specified “Refund time frame” specified for each event. Events must have not yet started as of the date of the Refund request
- Deposits or payments made towards Coaching or Consulting Agreements between individuals, groups or organizations.
- Refer to the associated Terms and Conditions within the specific Coaching or Consulting Package
Partially Refundable services
- Coaching or Consulting packages that are partially complete
- Refer to the associated Terms and Conditions within the specific Coaching or Consulting Package
- The inability to participate in an event or course due to illness or extended life situation
- Credits towards future events or services will be offered in lieu of a Refund
Non-Refundable items
- Downloadable software products
- Books
- Workbooks or Pamphlets
- Gift Cards
Refund Process
All Refund Requests must be sent, in writing to info@amandagreaves.com and include: the product or service you have purchased, the reason for your request, and your preferred method of reimbursement (see below). Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you by Reply Email that we have received your request and what the next steps in the process will be.
- If your request is approved: Your refund will be processed through one of three ways:
- A check for the refunded amount will be mailed to your address on file within five business days. Please note, postal time frames are out of the Company’s control and may extend the time it takes for the check to arrive at your mailing address;
- A Zelle or ACH Bank transfer will be scheduled within five business days;
- A credit will be posted to your tAGg account for use on future events, seminars, products, or coaching services. All credited amounts must be used within one calendar year as of the date of the approved refund/credit.
- If your request is denied: an explanation will be provided as needed.
Late or Missing Refund
If your refund has not arrived or posted in the timeframe promised, please contact your postal carrier or bank to track your refund, or reach out directly to info@amandagreaves.com to notify us of the delay.
Credit for Services
In the situation where a Client is unable to participate in an event, seminar, mastermind, or continue with coaching calls, and the Refund deadline has passed, all efforts will be made to utilize the funds available towards future events, seminars, masterminds, or consulting services.
Shipping Returns
There are currently no items for sale that require shipping.
However, in the even you determine you would like to return any books, workbooks or associated event materials back to tAGg (The Amanda Greaves Group), please mail all items to:

You will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
