{A Note from Amanda}
I know what it’s like to lead a business that is successful, but also slowly becoming unsustainable. For 14 years, I ran a thriving design company — but as our team grew, so did the expectations, the deliverables, and the stress. We had to find creative and intentional ways to stay connected, release the pressure, and get aligned with each other, or else the business would have failed.
With the guidance of my coach back in 2019, we were able to understand that true success isn’t about pushing harder and asking for more — it’s about creating alignment between vision, values, and the people behind the products and services.
The success of that design company is not only a testament to the importance of declaring and instilling a positive and encouraging company culture early and often, but my first hand look at how uniting the team can create stronger bonds, better results, and a greater bottom line for everyone involved.

The MISSION STATEMENT of COMPANY CULTURE is the HEART of how successful companies thrive. Defining the CULTURE TRIAD is an exercise of defining the words, the feelings, the intentions, the actions, and the vision of the company through the eyes of the leaders AND the employees.
When this TRIAD of understanding becomes a visual representation of how the company is striving to succeed – Employees feel connected and respected; Clarity is obtained by all with a visual representation as the reminder; and the Cultural Intention is created.
The SIX W’s of INTENTION
When it comes to the full INTENTION of running a business, working within a business, growing a business, and creating a successful business – it all starts with these SIX QUESTIONS:

- WHEN do you want to achieve it?
- WHO is the achievement going to help? WHO do you need to make it happen?
